June garment completed NewLook 6602 dress

I started this in the beginning of June. Then with life and a severe lack of motivation, I didn’t do anything with it. After getting this ready to sew, I decided I didn’t really want to make it. Then I had no time to sew. So now after a few hours, I finished it. I reviewed the tunic and pants from this pattern on PatternReview a while back. The dress is just an easy, shift dress with pockets and buttons on the shoulders.

My first post

Here it goes… I’ve never blogged before, but I treally want to give it a try. As I said in the info about me, I love to sew and design, but I tend to enjoy making things that are stylish, but relatively easy to make. I guess I just don’t have the patience to sit with a project for a long time. I admire those who do. So, I’ll add pictures to the blog as I get more comfortable with it, and I’ll keep you posted on what I’m working on. This should be interesting…
